First workshop on March 30

March 15, 2016 Uncategorized

Hawaiian Community Assets, Hawaii Appleseed, and Hawaiian Community Development Board will be holding a homeowner workshop on accessory dwelling and ohana units on March 30 from 6:00-7:30pm at the address below:

Aloha United Way - Hilo/Kona Room

200 North Vineyard Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96817

Come and learn the basics about ADUs and ohana units and see if one could be right for you. We’ll discuss their benefits and the steps to finance and develop a unit.  You’ll also have the chance to talk with local experts and sign up for financial counseling with Hawaiian Community Assets.

There is free parking up the ramp on the mountain side of the office building or in the metered parking stalls along Aala Street.
